Uninstalling / Reinstalling Skynamo - iOS

It is advised to only Uninstall and Reinstall your Skynamo app at the end of your working day, after you manually synchronized your data. 
 
Before beginning the Uninstalling / Reinstalling process, please send a debug email to [email protected] to ensure a backup of your data.
 
1) Open your Skynamo settings.
 
2) Click on Send a debug mail.
The email address should generate automatically to [email protected] so just click Send in the top-right corner of your screen
 
Once you have sent the debug, you can uninstall and reinstall. 
1) Touch and hold the app on your iOS device until it gives you these options -> select "Remove App"
2) Select "Delete App"
3) It will inform you that by deleting the app you will be removing its data as well -> select "Delete"
4) Open your App Store and search for Skynamo -> select the download icon to reinstall Skynamo
5) After Skynamo has installed, -> select "Open"
6) On the first login screen, type in the email address associated with your Skynamo account. 
7) On the second login page, enter your organization name. Then click on Continue.
8) On the third login page, your email address should be pre-filled in. Enter the password that you have set up for yourself, then click Continue.
 
9) Once you have signed in, select the “Start my day” button:
 
10) Select the settings gear in the top right corner of the screen:

11) Then, under Network Status – select Synchronize now to initiate the synchronization of all your data. The progress bar will indicate the progress of the download:

Skynamo will now download all your data to your device!
The initial sync is usually quite large, so please leave your device on charge and connected to a strong internet connection until the sync is completed.
DISCLAIMER: You will need to fully complete this initial sync before you will be able to view your customers or any other information on your Skynamo app.
You can also force a sync anytime by clicking synchronize now.
