The following reports are available and can be accessed by clicking on any of the links on the Report page:
- Call Report - Gives a summary of the activities your users have completed for the date range that you have selected. Can filter by User, Activity types, Date Range:
- Out of stock - When your users fill in a survey on Skynamo, this report will let you know which items were marked as out of stock
- Daily user activities - Total number of Visits, Orders, Surveys and Forms by user for the date range that you have selected. Click on each line to see the activity on an interactive map:
- Reimbursement claims - A list of all of the travel claims that your users have submitted. This report can be used for tax purposes.
- Customer coverage - A table of customers showing the number of recent visits and orders per month over a 6 month period:
- Activity map: An interactive map indicating customer locations where visits were logged:
- Sales force report - A user comparison with number of visits, orders, orders per visit, average order value and an overall score
- Visit age analysis - The total numbers of customers, visits, orders, order value, invoices and invoices value with a histogram indicating the days since last visit:
- Missed Call - The Missed Call Report displays the customers that your users are assigned to, that have not been seen in a given time frame. The users do not need to do the planning in their calendar, and from the management no cycle needs to be applied. It simply shows the customers that have not been seen within the selected time frame. This time frame is adjusted within the "visit age" filter.
- Missed call by user - This report displays the customers that have Missed Calls (Visits) / Calls Pending for the specified time period, based on the user’s visit frequencies.
- Time and attendance - User "clock in", and "clock out" times daily including the time that the first visit started and the last visit ended
- Call cycle compliance - Reports on scheduled visits over a specified time period. This report will specifically show you visits that have been planned in the calendar as scheduled visits, that (1) have not been completed; (2) have completed on the day it was scheduled for; and (3) have been completed late. It also provides information regarding the percentage of visits that has been completed off-site.
- Survey listing - A list of line item facings, stock level and retail prices per customer (Uses values reported in surveys)
- Order listing - Gives you the list of line items ordered by date (i.e. each item that has been ordered for your selected date range)
- Quote listing - Gives you the list of line items quoted by date (i.e. each item that has been quoted for your selected date range)
- Credit request listing - Gives you the list of line items to appear on a credit request by date (i.e. each item that has been on a credit request for your selected date range)
- Invoice listing - Gives you the list of line items invoiced by date (i.e. each item that has been invoiced for your selected date range)
These reports can be found under your Reports tab on Skynamo:
