If you would like to change or update the reasons for orders being held in SOP and not showing on your ERP, you can use this article to assist you.
- To find the reasons that are already enabled and disabled, you can navigate to the view tab on SOP and select Order Hold Reasons
- Once you have clicked on this, an additional window will appear with all possible reasons. Some will be ticked already and others not.
- From here you can manage the hold reasons
- If there any changes made you can then click on OK to save the changes.
