How to delete individual tasks and scheduled visits

Tasks and scheduled visits can be deleted one-by-one from Skynamo Web.

How to delete a task or scheduled visit from Skynamo Web

To delete tasks or scheduled visits, go to the calendar on Skynamo Web.  Click on the task or scheduled visit and click on "Delete" in the bottom left corner.  The task or scheduled visit will now be deleted.  Please note that it is not possible to retrieve deleted tasks or scheduled visits again.

 

How to enable users to delete tasks and scheduled visits

Only users with the correct permissions can delete tasks or scheduled visits.  The permission to delete tasks will be disabled for all roles by default.  To enable a user role to delete tasks,  the permission for the role needs to be updated.  The correct permission to update for the role is under the "Calendar" section when editing user roles.

 

Which tasks and scheduled visits can be deleted and which cannot?

All normal tasks can be deleted no matter whether they are marked as done or not.  All scheduled visits can be deleted except for scheduled visits that have been completed already.
