Skynamo provides you with the option to upload specific files under a customer's profile. These may include signed credit application form, an agreement of some sorts, or even specific documents of more information of your products. Files can also be uploaded for specific products. The exact same process is followed. In this article, it is explained how this is done for a customer.
To add files relative to a specific customer, open the customer profile, navigate to the Files tab, and simply click ”Select files to upload” or drag and drop your documents into the area.
When clicking on “Select files to upload” a pop-up window will open. Browse to find the file that you would like to add and select "Open". The file will then be uploaded. You can select more than one file at a time.
Should you ever wish to remove the file, you can delete a file by using the “delete” icon on the right-hand side. This will immediately remove this file permanently.
