How to delete a Skynamo instance

The subscription page can be accessed by going to app.skynamo.me and entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Get a new password" on the password page 

To delete one of your instances, you will need to log into one that you are not trying to delete. For example, I have Skynamo, Skynamo Cape Town, and Skynamo Johannesburg. I would like to delete Skynamo Johannesburg as I am not using it. I will, therefore, need to log into Skynamo Cape Town or Skynamo, as I cannot delete an instance I am logged into.

Once you are logged in:

- Click on Manage instances:

- Click on the 3 dots next to the instance that you are trying to delete and click on Delete instance forever:

- Type in the instance name exactly as it is displayed and select Yes, delete forever:

Please note, as stated, this will delete the instance and all of its associated data immediately and none of this data will be recoverable.
