On Skynamo, deactivating a user and revoking a user license refers to the same thing. It simply means that a user is no longer taking up a user license and they also no longer have access to Skynamo.
Please note, that deactivating the user/revoking their license does not remove the license from your billing. If you want to remove the license from your billing, you will need to do so, by following the instructions here: How to add or reduce licenses
- The subscription page can be accessed by going to app.skynamo.me and entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Get a new password" on the password page
- Click on Manage users:
- To revoke multiple user licenses, click the boxes next to the users' names and click on Revoke licenses:
- To revoke a license for a single user or delete them entirely, hover over their name with your cursor and click the Edit user (blue pencil) icon:
- You can then revoke the license or delete the user entirely:
