- Simply login to Skynamo, using Google Chrome:
- Navigate to the Users tab. Search for the user's name and hover over the user profile with your cursor. Click on the blue pencil icon/Edit user icon to the far-right of his name:
- Under the Display name field, click on Reset password and then Confirm.
This will send the user an email to reset their password:
- The user can now check their email inbox for the Password reset for Skynamo email.
On the email, click on the blue Reset password button:
- A new page will appear where you can enter a new password (or enter in your old one if you want to reuse the same one). Then, click on Submit:
- The user will receive a confirmation that the password has been reset:
- The user can now go back to their Skynamo app and log in again with the updated password.
