The Samsung Internet browser causes issues when trying to log into Skynamo, so you need to change your default browser app to Chrome. Please take a look at the steps below on how to do this.
- Navigate to Settings on your phone or tablet and scroll down to Apps
- Scroll down to Chrome.
- Click on Browser app.
Please note: You might need to press on "Enable" at the bottom. If it says Disable you can leave it.
- Select Chrome as the default browser.
You should then be able to log into Skynamo again.
