When a Skynamo Integrated client moves ERPs, upgrades their ERP or undergoes a year-end rollover, the integration could be interrupted or could disconnect completely.
To prevent integration issues and ensure a seamless transition, it is essential to notify Skynamo at least two weeks in advance if you plan to:
- Perform a yearly roll-over
- Upgrade your system
- Transition to a new system
In the event of moving to a new system, your customer success manager will provide guidance on any potential additional costs and assist with planning your Skynamo migration.
