In order to add a new user on the mSeller application, please send a request through to support. The following info is necessary for Support to create the new field user:
1. Company Name |
2. iPad/iPhone |
3. First Name |
4. Surname |
5. Preferred Username |
6. Preferred Password |
7. Email Address |
8. Phone Number |
9. Head Office Rep Identifier |
10. Allocated Customers/Areas |
11. Start date |
12. Show Cost Margin |
13. Able to apply Discount |
14. Maximum allowed discount % |
15. Enterprise / Professional |
16. Supervisor: Yes/No (Enterprise Users only) |
If there are multiple users to be added, download the attached file which can be more easily populated with all the users' info.
