How to complete a Form on Skynamo Web

This article guides you through the steps to follow in order to complete a form on the web interface.

 

NB: There are two ways in which a Form can be completed on an instance. This can be done either on the Timeline tab or on the Customers tab.

 

1. To complete a form through the Timeline tab, simply navigate to the "Add" button on the top right corner of the timeline history and click on it.


  • After clicking on the add button, a drop-down menu will appear. In this menu, you will find the "Fill in form" option which takes you to all the forms available on your instance that you have been given access, and options to create a new Order, a new Quote, a new credit request, please follow this article for more infomartion on orders, quotes and crediti requests. Another option on the list is the "send email to timeline" which gives you the unique skynamo email address for the instance.   • To complete a form, click on the "Fill form" option. A popup screen will appear which consists of the sections to select the form you want to complete and the Customer at which the form should be completed. 
  • After selecting both the Customer and the Form, click on the create button.

  • Complete the form by filling out all the relevant questions on the Form then click on the "Submit form" button at the bottom right corner of the form

 

2. To complete the form on the Customers tab, toggle to the Customers tab, click on "List" and select the customer on which you want to complete the form.

Click on Overview on the list of menus under the customer's name, then click on add on the opposite right on the words "Timeline".


  • After clicking on the add button, a drop-down menu will appear. In this list, you will find the "Fill form" option which takes you to all the forms available on your instance to which you have been given access, and options to create a new Order, a new Quote, a new credit request. Another option on the list is the "send email to timeline" which gives you the unique skynamo email address for the instance.

After clicking on the add button, a list of all forms available on your instance that you have been given access to will appear on a drop-down menu.


Select the form you want to complete and click on the "Create" button.

  • After clicking on "Create" a new window will open immediately and you will then be able to fill out the form questions
  • Complete the form by filling out all the relevant questions on the Form, then click on the "Submit form" button at the bottom right corner of the form.
